RPW Header for 4B10 (almost 4B11)

Hey,

I know there are many threads about this topic but I didn't found an good answer.
I read about the dramatic with 4-2-1 vs. 4-1 and that a 4-1 with long primary pipes can gain more torque than a header with short ones (and is compareable to a 4-2-1).

I want to buy a header from RPW but I'm not sure what to take.
My Lancer has a 1,8 liter machine which is almost the same like the 4B11.

I first wanted to take a 4-2-1 because of low and mid RPM gains...
The 4B10 definitely needs more torque at these levels.

But they told me a 4-2-1 would be too restrictive at higher RPM.
(I also want to add the EVO X camshafts)

So they told me to take this one....

But their description sounds like there are no impressive gains with this header.

I don't know what to take...maybe a header of an other manufacturer.
I need your help!

thanx
Michael

RPW headers are a direct bolt on and makes your car breath and perform better from ridiculously designed stock!

I need some ..

i just bought the RPW 4-2-1 header for my lancer 4B10 2010 (european) and received it yesterday. Now i have a Problem because my car has two catalytic converters , two O2 sensors. you would call my car a "PZEV" model in california...think thats right.

to say it with images:

The new header (no place for the front o2 sensor):

My lancer:

this is how it looks under the car:

O2 Sensor front

the new manifold should bolt directly up to the original flange point on the stock catalytic converter. and there is the problem: what to do with the front o2 sensor now ?? Has anyone already had the same problem ??

my car:

Looks like you didn't read all specifications before buying..

You can drill for a bung just before the flex section.
