I dislike Ebay for the fact that you have to search through so much garbage like electric turbos and so on..... If you don't know what your looking for or looking at, you could get lost in that garbage and buy useless parts that don't do anything. About that tranny cooler, you would probably only need that if you put your lancer under really heavy loads all the time or race it alot, but even then... Hope this helps

 

I'm actually interested in finding out how useful this thing actually is. After you install it and drive around for a week, let us know if anything at all.

 

It's a transmission cooler...it takes your tranny fluid and runs it through and intercooler like device to keep the fluid from losing it's viscosity and keeping your transmission nice and lubricated. It's not going to make you faster and is completely unnecessary on a street driven car. The only reason they mention an intercooler is that you can "double up" the cooling efficiency of the this tranny cooler by using some of the intercooler's air flow...

Long story short: pointless mod for all but cars that are MUCH faster than a Lancer.
