Lancer ES '10 CVT vibration on drive idle

Has anyone noticed this problem?, you have to be looking at the seat at the stop sign and D mode, otherwise you won't notice as the vibration is relatively small and it does not make any sound.
I am having the same issues when I bought my 2015 GT. It started ding the same thing after only have 300 miles on the car. Took it back to the dealership 3 times now and they messed with idle and checked everything over and they keep telling me its just how the car is there is nothing they can do about it.

What your in D mode if you look at the RPM needle you will notice that that when your car moves forward anywhere from 5 MPH or faster then then come to a near or full shop the RPM need will dip as low as 500 RPM for about a second maybe 2 seconds then return to a normal RPM of 700 or so.

Why this happens isnt always clear but it mainly has to do with MIVEC. By design the technology behind MIVEC allows for adjustments having to do with Idle, low speed, and high speed. The CVT + TQ converter plays a part in this process as well.

A custom exhaust that harms exhaust flow can amplify this "shiver".
So this isn't anything to worry about? Mine does this, noticed it more after installing an alutec crank pulley. It's noticable in the exhaust (GReddy Ti-C), feels like the car is running rough for a few seconds, then the rpm's jump back up to normal again.
