Mis-fire on cylinder #4
Mis-fire on cylinder #4
Hey guys i need help here. I have read the mis-fire sticky. I have changed the plugs twice, pcv valve, checked the air-filter and cleaned out the TB and im still getting a rough idle and vibration. A CEL came up that cylinder 4 is mis-firing. Should i change the coil pack and wires?
Plus where is the best place to get coil packs?

I had the exact same problem with my 09 ralliart. I had a rough idle, feels like it will kill over when i stop. Also when I accelerate the car back fires and gets barely any power. I took it to a mitsubishi dealership and they told me my spark plugs were burnt out so i paid to have them replaced but it didnt fix the problem.
They did another diagnostic and told me my #4 cylinder was misfireing. They also said that they would need to dis-assemble my head to see what the problem was of course for 1900$. They told me that the #4 exhaust valve was burnt and that was the only way to find out why. Any suggestions?
