ID the EGR Solenoid (with pics)
I've narrowed my EGR issues to the solenoid through a process or elimination.
The EGR Valves works 100% and stays suppressed when I "clog" the intake. All the hoses are without holes and without obstruction. The only other issue is the actual EGR solenoid, which I believe to be faulty.
Can someone verify that what I'm actually testing is the solenoid? No local auto-body shop has one in stock so I can't reference the look and feel. I've seen pictures of them, but it's not the same as having one in hand.
I've verified that the voltage current going into the solenoid is 10v (it was actually 10.85v).
