Valve clearances

Just at work and my manual is at home. Want to know what the valve clearances are. If you can reply within 4 hours, great. If not I will just measure them and check it when home. Thanks

Intake is .008" +/- .0012"

Exhaust .012" +/- .0012"

All is in spec for me, sounds to be two noisy injectors causing the tick.
