I have the Tsudo Catback system currently on my car and it hangs down about 3-4 inches from the rear cutout. Anyone know how to bring it up closer to the bumper?

 

Check the brackets used to hang it with, You may have to cut one of the arms coming off the exhaust system and then rebend it so that it hangs at a proper height, or take it to a muffler shop and have them fix it for you. I think its an exhaust not really designed for our vehicle but it works so they are selling it to people.

 

There's a youtube video of a boy who found a fix to your problem. I would search Tsudo Mitsubishi Lancer. The guy has a red lancer, just check his videos and you should find the fix. Good luck
