spark plug condition

Ive attached photos of my spark plugs, can you guys tell me if they look normal or not? Ive noticed ive been burning a lil more oil then normal. Does the condition of these spark plugs show evidence of such a thing? thanks

Looks like its running really lean to me, could be oil ash deposits but usually the plug will look really dark if its oil.
