no you dont need the test pipe if i have a hi-flow cat. Its either one of the other.

That pipe is very legit, there are some people on these forus i believe who have bought them before.

Bear in mind, you probably wont pass emissions with a test pipe.

-of course you want pass emissions, but it is a 15 min install, so just put the cat on once a year. I don't know about other states but in arizona emissions testing dosen't even start until the car is five years old

is he coating it? if so, how much for it with the coating?
-the coating is included in the auction, its getting sand blasted, coasted and baked.

that is the one that stealth-wrx makes. I bought one from him about 6 months ago or something for about 45 bucks. Its excellent quality. Perfect welding; no slag, o2 sensor bung and flanges fit perfectly to stock (and aftermarket) exhaust piping.

I love it. Was one of my first mods and definately worth it. I can't say whether "dynoed at 9 wheel horsepower" is true or not, as if it was, I think he would have posted the dyno chart here on evom .. or something. I dunno.

this is a highly recommended part.
