Ground kit, does it really help?

I had somebody tell me that i should get a ground kit for my lancer. Just wondering who has one, and what they think of it, and is it worth getting? How does it make your car feel?
I found some on ebay for pretty cheap. heres a link.

Sport Compact Car tested them and if you use the "low cost" method of making your own out of cheap wire, they don't do ANYTHING..

the reason why HKS and them charge you so much is that the cable is compose of different stuff.. they are better than the stock stereo grounding cables.

for $40 you get the "look" but not the effect

actually the do something, you just have to find the optimal grounding points. I'm not saying it does a lot... but you can gain power from a ground kit.
