Engine swap, starts but dies

Engine swap, starts but dies

Have a 2013 lancer es 2.0 5 speed 101k miles. Swapped engine from a 2016 es 2.0 auto with 5,024 miles. Everything hooked up identical. With coils unplugged cranked it over for about 20sec 3 times to prime oil. Hooked up coils and it wouldn't start. Heard fuel pump stay on so thought wasnt getting fuel so kept cranking 10/15sec at a time. Still no start. Left key on for about 10min then cranked and started right up and ran good for a min or two then instantly shut off like I turned off ignition. Thats only way it would start after is key on about 10min then crank over except now only runs for about a min. Can hear fuel pump stay on entire time key in on position. Check engine light on and traction control light since swapping. Thought could be fuel issue(don't see valve to check pressure), a sensor varying a little since different year or anti theft on(the key in on position 10min and only running a min and seems like ignition is cut off is why came to that conclusion except don't notice flashing light and key fob unlocks, locks and alarms car still). Any ideas or have the same issue? Thank you

could it be electrical related? Air flow meter perhaps? If it ran for a minute you have fuel and spark going thru so I'm guessing either connections or parts,air flow meter and throttle body since they are electrical possibly one or both could have a short?
