basically it is the connection to the clutch mechanism from the engine, the faster it spins the faster you can accelerate, a lightweight flywheel can accelerate faster as well as decelerate faster, plus anytime you can lose some weight in a car is beneficial.

GOd, im stuck......i want thay pulley set but i want to know how easy they are to install and if they are so obvious that a dealer will see them and say i voided some warrenty......I just want the most problem free modifications possible, and if i go pulleys, im gonna want that flywheel and those cam gears also! someone give me some advice if they know how easy they are to install.... no brainer? or would i need a mechanic to install them?

neither, you can do it yourself for the pulleys, I would assume with the right lift you could get behind and do the flywheel also, no idea on cam gears, I personally couldn't do it alone.

Do they use genuine Spacely Sprockets?

I'd be in if I could spend money. Unforunately I can't right now...or anytime in the foreseable future.
