I think people that have tried this ran into the problem that the wiring for the 2nd o2 sensor is too short to flip the 2nd cat around completely.

Is there an O2 sensor bun up on the header for the first O2 sensor to go in? If I remember correctly the first runs of Kamikaze headers did not have these buns. Turning the cat around actually makes some sense. The reason why the CEL comes on is because the second O2 reading is off of normal. Turning the cat around would give the exhaust gases time to cool more and be depleted of whatever the cat gets rid of. If the wire isn't long enough, you could try making an adapter.

not sure if you have to because i have read of people just doing it with no problem. When i was putting my testpipe in the little stopper that goes around the wires just poped out so i bet that you can just uptt that out and see where that gets you. You shouldnt have too much trouble with it though.
