I don't own an evo but I do own a 1983 Lancer 1200 (Japanese) which I do want to change the engine from.

My engine spec. is 4G11 and I have a 4 speed manual gear box hook up. I would like to know if the 4G63 or any other bigger than 4G11 engine spec is interchangeable on my gearbox.

Look for the galant VR4 in your area w/ the engine facing the same as your t-belt.

i really have nothing to contribute to this thread...but i dont think that that any people on there forus would actually know...ost of us are in the US and we ddnt have the lance till 2002...im gonna say anything is possible with $$$$...oh post a pic of your car
