prerformance meters

ok has anyone ever seen one of these performance meters the wireless ones, that suposedly give u 0-60 time 1/4 miles ect all wireless looks simlar to a radar dector do they work i dont understand how they would unless they were tied into gps and for 200 dollars i dont think they are...

GTech's, i heard they are pretty good for their price. of course it's not gonna be the most accurate measurements.

They have a little digital scale and a mercury swicth and then the computer uses math formulas to compute the times.

I'd rather wire in the Apex'i Rev Speed Meter and the get the optional G-Sensor. Import Tuner wrote a pretty good review about it. Doesn't replace a dyno but it's a neat little blue box.
