Just got back from a hectic weekend over here in the UK! There was a shoot out on rolling roads with Magazine coverage.. Performance ford and Banzia where there!!

Cosworth after cosworth after Rs Turbo etc etc.. The only Jap cars that where there was me in my EVO, a few P1's and a few WRx's and a 22b !!

My car was the highest BHP jap car there, and its standard.. (Exhaust)

Some rather optimistic power losses shall I say. 140bhp with that Reyland Cossie, what a pile of shít. If the car has 390 at the wheels, give it about 60hp (already quite bad) transmission loss and that makes it 450bhp, a lot more realistic.

 

Man, that 22B didn't make much power. Isn't it supposed to have 350hp?

Standard 22B has the same power as the STI 280bhp. It was a massive rip-off for the price it cost.

 

What a rip off!!! Have the owners raised hell to Subaru... I know I would.
