Recall Serviced, now throttle feels heavier???

Has anyone else experienced this? My throttle felt a bit more firm, and it seemed harder to push the pedal to full throttle... I'd like to hear anything that can help?

i assume your talking about the cooling fan controller recall? never heard of that happening before. thats weird. if you notice something and are worried, call the dealer and see what they say.

Yeah, the cooling fan controller recall. It's weird... I'm gonna go take it around the block to see if it feels the same... maybe they reset the ECU and didn't tell me?

I'd assume they reset the ECU. Generally, you don't toy with electronics with the battery plugged in. So when they put your battery back on, it automatically resets the ECU.

Maybe they decided to tighten your cable while it was in the shop. I've seen that happen on occasion, they do something extra just because it's easy and available.

Well, it does feel a bit more firm, but I had no problems getting to full throttle now. Sorry if I scared anyone with my paranoia... I believe all is well.

Daniel

EDIT: UrbanKnight, that's exactly what it felt like!
