I was wondering what RPM you are running at at say, 70MPH?
I have a ralliart and at about 70MPH I am over 3000RPM. I don't know exact, but it's pretty high. I was wondering if the regular auto lancers had the same ratios/final drive. At about 85MPH I go over the "holy grail" limit for our cars, 3500RPM at which time the valves change to MIVEC timing and my mileage really hits the bottom of the barrel Usually as long as I am under 3500RPM, I get ok mileage (as good as the 2.4L can get). Above 3500RPM really is only good for acceleration, cruising in mivec just wastes fuel.

 

i have a 02 oz auto.. at 80 it runs about 3k for me crusing... yea it does eat alot more gas if u cruise around 65 u should be good for gas

 

i do about 2600 or so i think at 65 mph and 75 or so is like 3k i think.....in an OZ 5spd i tihink its like 4 grand at 100mph or something close, but i know i can do about70+ in 3rd...prolly closer to 80......i dunno tho
