PIAA wiper blade problem

Alright I got some PIAA blades from tirerack.com like 2 months ago and for some reason they streak like mad. I'll clean the blades and the windshield off, but as soon as I use them again, I get faint black streaks, as if the blades were getting destroyed. Its really pissing me off, since they cost me an arm and a leg, and they perform worse than my stock did. Anybody got some advice on how to fix this or whether to just replace em?

That sucks. Did you call tirerack to tell them they sucked and you want your money back? If a product isn't good from the begining you have to tell them when you get them so that you can return them.

I agree, sounds like a defective product. Was the windshield clean? Because no wiper will work properly on a windshield that's really dirty. But other than that, you probably should return them. I've had the same kind of wipers for almost 2 years now and have no problems.

Yeah the windshield was clean as hell. The problem didn't become an issue till a couple of weeks after I got them. I checked PIAAs website and supposedly I can just bring them to any PIAA distributor and get them checked out, and possibly replaced. I really don't want to have to ship back to Tirerack as I'm in Canada so shipping will be a pain in the ***.
