Custom Catback?
Alright I got my RRM header on the way, and the guy whos helping me install it recommended I get a catback as well, so we can install it all in one go. Anyways I'm thinking of going custom catback, but I was wondering if I do this, will the exhaust need to be welded on, or can it be bolted on, like the kits made by greddy, magnaflow, etc.?
ahhh...wont the muffler shop just weld it on? I guess you could ask them to make it so you can bolt it on and off. If you got the money you can make it happen. I would highly recomend getting a magnaflow catback i love mine and the price wont be much different and you know it will work.

Would it be cheaper to just buy a kit rather than get them to weld on the flanges and such? If so, where are some good places to get the magnaflow, other than RRM, remember I'm in Canada, so I got to pay shipping as well.
Buschur has 2.5" CNC mandrel bent 304 stainless steel catback WITH a polished SS MAGNAFLOW muffler for $315

I personally dont think you'll get a catback as cheap as that which is premade. Buschur exhaust is nice and deep, not too loud - it sounds sexy :P
BUT .. I would goto a shop and get a quote first .. ya never know, they may be able to get you a custom catback which is a bolt-on and have it be cheaper.

you can buy a $20 muffler on ebay and have a muffler shop bend you something if you're tight on cash...

Have they solved the fitment issue with the buschur yet? I was thinking of going that way but don't want to burn my bumper or have the hassle of screwing around with my hangers.
