hey guys..i have an 04 es.. and i want a vented hood..like the evo style vent..im just wondrin ...would my engine area rust????? coz i live here at chicago.. and im afraid the snow and salt might rust up my engine.. so lemme know guys! thanks in advanced!!

 

since the scoop is not active liek it is in a wrx i'm not even sure that it opens to the engine compartment or if its jsut cosmetic......

 

its a lil of both.. engine need air.. lol and its looks cool..hehhe.. imo thou.=)

 

i just wanted to know if my engine would rust..or ill incounter engine problems..it being exposed to snow,salt and water..thanks!
