I talked to Dimantha last summer about sponsorship, everything was going well. He was about to give me a free kit in return for public relations that i will give out at car shows. But he end up demanding me to pay up first then he will pay back later (fishy!). Plus tons of emails I sent, were never replied. I m sick of being called "sir" but being treated like $!ht !

VIS, Import Trendz, Any body kit dealers out there, make more kits, and you guaranteely will put Accolade out of business. They suck.

Or, Accolade; you better start cleaning up your mess and sell kits at least half prices (since its lousy fitment, and BS customer services), then i and another lancer/evo owners might change their mind.

i havent bought nething from accolade, but i did inquire about their products, and what if the kit broke during shipping, they told me i would have to fight with the delivery service, they will have nothing to do with it, as far as i know, in US the shipper mostly takes responsibility of that situation...i've bought sooo much stuff online, and there were some problems with shipping as sometimes the stuff was just left at the door....contact seller...and they take care of everything...so idk bout the kits...its just how do we know they didnt ship us a broken kit...cant really prove it...thats y i changed my mind and went with a company located in US...if worst comes to worst...atleast laws help consumers out...so its kinda fishy to do business with outsiders...i'd jus trust ppl selling in US...and maybe Canada...but anywhere else...cant say much...

one thing i have noticed from the pictures and stuff that people post about the kits that they get from accolade is that if there is a chipped corner or something like that its usually a piece big enough that the piece would still be in the box. if the buyer doesnt see any of the chips or whatever in the shipping box then it seems to me that its not a shipping issue.

not to say that accolade is a bad company, i know that they have gotten a lot better with their products since i first started on this board. i have personally tried to help dave out with some of the issues that they were having, i dont know if that helped but i do know that they are doing better.

refer to my signature for sure, i dont want anyone to think that i am talking as sleek concepts and design on this matter.

you know something guys, dave is right, the feedback that accolade gets is pretty good. if someone has an issue with dave or accolade or whoever, they should use the vendor feedback and say something about it.

yeah our communication needs improvement, I will admit it, but we are working on it.. main reason being is we do not have a phone sales office in the states, that will all change soon as we are moving to call centers with 24 hr service.. guys just remember we are growing and soon we will be developing carbon fiber next urethane.

I guess my experience wasn't to bad.Dave responded to me usually within a day or 2.My kit came with a few chips and a few small cracks. As for the fit the front and sides fit good but the back doesn't fit well at all.Overall I'm happy but I would have been a hole lot happier if the fit on the rear would have been better.

Please do not throw my name around, That is not my character to offer "free" goods as incentives, there is however a member of our sales staff that uses the offer frequently and for the most part follows through with it..

All forum members should note that most of the negatives that surface are 2 years dated.. before my presence.
