Bought Headers.. but no O2 Bung!

I bought JDM headers for a Lancer Sedia in Japan... which has the 4g94. The headers dont have a space for an O2 Bung.... Would a Mil Eliminator still work? Should I buy two?

The mil eliminator goes on the 2nd O2 sensor so yeah I think it would still work. Or you can flip your 2nd cat around so your 2nd O2 sensor will be after your 2nd cat. That's what I'm doing for my Kamikaze header in like a week when I install it.

I bought the mil eliminator as a backup plan...Plan B

Check it out Butthead.. uhhhh huhuhuh. BUNGHOLE?!?! lol sorry I couldn't resist. The good ol days of beavis and butthead. Anyways, yea, maybe drill a hole on one of the header pipes coming out about half way down from where they all meet up. Then weld it in place. My buddy had to do that for his Civic.

Easiest way and professional way is to drill and weld. You will be happy if you go this route.

dont weld it in place... if it goes bad you are just gonna have to cut it out.

If you are planning on taking it out, drill a bigger hole, get the thread pattern for the O2 sensor, and weld the ring with threads into the header. It should come out looking like RRM's header with the little threaded hole in it. Maybe you should take it to a professional to get it done.

find a nut that is threaded correctly, and mark it, drill the hole were u made the mark, and then weld the nut there, that way, your 2 sensor is removable!

They are talking to weld the o2 bung not the sensor, once the bung is welded you can just screw in the o2 sensor onto the header so if it goes bad they can just unscrew it out no need to cut!!

I got the headers off ebay for 75 bucks. 120 Shipped, which is why I still would have gotten them even if I knew they didnt have the bung. They are Megan Racing Headers, and JDM.
