Springs, Intake, Exhaust.. awesome handling coupled with a power upgrade. You would be very happy. Hold off on the rims. I use my stock OZ rims in the winter with my Eibach lowering springs and the handling is still 10x better than it was without the springs. But when I put my 17x7 motegi's on for the summer.. look out, I can take turns like you can't believe
Just take your time and save some money , and spend some when you have enough saved up not to go bankrupt.

my advice:
focus on performance/suspension upgrades FIRST before doing any dress up.
because if you happen to get all dress up parts and got in a minor accident. those things will be up in total waste.
thats why i suggest you to do the perf upgrades before starting on the looks.

Actually I recommend option #3: Intake, exhaust, header, although that might set you back a couple bucks. Definitely get the intake then get either the exhaust or header and maybe a rear bar to countereffect the understeering in our FWD platforms...
Either way, it's better to improve looks AFTER you've at least put some basic performance items on there. It's quite embarrassing to have a car that looks fast and cool but sucks in performance, yet if you have a "stock" car that is quite fast, well, that's good for some mild amusement.

Don't get cheap tint. But wheels from wheelsnext, they come with free springs and shipping. save some $$ and get a short-ram intake. Careful of what may void your warrantee ie headers and exhaust.
