evo recaros vs. ralliart seats

just curious which is more comfortable and supportive? has anyone actually sat in both?

after upgrading my suspension this weekend, i think i might want some new seats sooner than expected, especially since the ride quality is alot stiffer.

definitely recaros. i have sat in both. recaros give you more lumbar support and looks so cool. its a definitely awesome upgrade to your car instead of ralliarts.

ive sat in both and i really dont see the big deal with teh recaros, but that is probably bc i have a latino rear and wide shoulders and they made me feel scrunched, but so did the ralliart seats i sat in, so really i would prefer the my leather OZ seats. the recaros felt slightly better, but to me the diff was minimal and not worth 500 dollars.

Recaros - not for chubby folks, no. Quite expensive. My buddy said they started to hurt his back after riding for an hour.

Ralliarts - great great great. Best mod I've ever done. Not a single drawback. And if you hunt, you can get a good deal (I paid $225 for both fronts).

I got the ralliart seats and they're great, very supportive and comfortable. Like blacksheep said you can get em for pretty cheap too. If your very very serious about motorsports then I'd suggest the recaros, or a set of sparcos, corbeaus, etc. but for a street seat the ralliart's kick ***.

Oh, and as Mike said - the Ralliarts might feel a bit tight at first. But once you break them in, they fit your body perfectly.

Best bet would be to go to the dealership and sit in both of them and see how you like em.

yeah go to the dealer and sit in both, personally i love the recaros, and as for the rallyart seats, i just felt like they were regular seats, not supportive, not bad, just regular, and yes i sat in them i drove a rallyart on a test drive, but i already had my evo so i guess thats why the rallyart seats felt funny, because im used to the recaros

Yeah, after the recaros, the ralliarts just feel like normal seats, but, that's cuz that's what they are!

Sit in an OZ or ES seat. Then sit in a Ralliart seat. You won't call them normal anymore...
