HELP! Is this really K&N?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...MEWA%3AIT&rd=1

I found this so called "K&N" intake on ebay for unbelievably low price, but it looks nothing like a k&N.... can anybody help me make sure if this really is K&N?
Thanks

one more thing... if this isnt K&N, i would go with the cheap BOMZ on ebay for like $45, but will a K&N cone filter fit on the pipe of the bomz as i read from other threads that switching to K&N cone would improve the whole thing.

also stay away from metal unless the inside is coated othewise youll get rust forming from condinsation... not bashing you but you get what you pay for... thats why i have so little done to my car for the money i have invested... as far as it fitting im sure you can find a dealer on here that can fix you up with whatever size you need...

The filter in that picture looks exactly like the K&N filter I had on my RMR intake, but the entire intake itself is not made by K&N. They are selling a bunch of noname tubing with a K&N filter.

I think the K&N do not have the chrome outer parts like that one does. K&N's are usually black. Mine was black with red filter.
