Mitsu finally updates their website...

Evo VII Euro spec enjoy....
They also changed the webcast to a real player version of the announcement in LA.

But why they only posted the european specs on the site?

Hmm. They are posting the Euro-spec 276bhp. Don't you think it would be disappointing for the American customers if they were to lower it significantly later? Food for thought.
