Worst case scenarios is a volcanic explosion of molten metal. Chances of it actually happening...pretty ****in' slim.

haha LOL, dude that is sweet. I wish my RRM headers will glow red, maybe I should check sometime after driving back from work, although I doubt it since they are ceramic and high flow.. with the rest of my exhaust wide open- no cats. If you think something is wrong with your header, it might be good to check and make sure it isn't clogged. Disclaimer *** WAIT UNTIL IT COOLS DOWN BEFORE TAKING IT OFF *** It is easy to take off besides the lower left corner bolt.. *dun dun dun!!!*** lol. I got pretty good at taking mine on and off. Once you break that bolt free its easy. I recommend putting an open end wrench on it (behind the manifold) and attaching a steel braided cable/strong rope to the other end of the wrench. Then fish the string up behind and out the top of the manifold and yank pulling up with ALL OF YOUR LIFE!!! Trust me.. I broke a steel braided cable while trying to break it loose. lol. But, yea definetly take that thing off to make sure you have no blockage so you can be sure you won't get engine damage. An RRM Header would sound nice for the type driving you do.

You'll be waiting a long time, brother. It might even have been smarter to pick someone with a running car, if not someone who's actually in Cali.
