Axxis Ultimate Brake Pads
AXXIS ULTIMATE BRAKE PADS
Really nice!!! They feel like stock until they will get hot and then GRIP like crazy!!!
Don't use drilled rotors with them pads.

B&M Fuel Pressure Regulator and FPR Gauge
B&M FPR and B&M Fuel Pressure Gauge
The manual to install this thing sux, it's for a civic.
I have the FPR maxed out to 44psi at idle and it won't go past. It is really noticable when you release the throttle to like 10% and then slam it to 100%, instant throttle response.
B&M gauge is also nice. I took me 4hours to figure out how to install it until ElPedro came over and gave me a hand. Really noticable under the hood.

RRM's 10.5:1 Pistons
RRM's 10.5:1 Pistons
One of the best investments. Really changes the powerband after 3.5k rpm. Torque is really noticable. High compression pistons really like fuel and lots of cold air. All that is needed is tuning with a piggyback (SAFC2 or Emanage).

Cheap and effective. NGK claims wires they make are specifically design for each car but these cables were made for mirage

Porterfield Kabon Kevlar pads:
100$ from RoadRace
Those pads are simply amazing. When they reached their proper temperature they make you stop on a dime. You can beat the hell out them and they'll just keep on braking harder and harder. Very impressive on technical twisty roads where you need to slam on the brake then floor it, slam on the brake again and floor it, and so on. The Porterfield have been on my car for a WHILE and they are still going strong.
Hercule G5000z tires(as seen in another thread of mine):
Allright, well I've be rolling on those Hercules for 3 months now(about 15k-20k kms) so I guess it would be a good time for a review.
Paid price: 411US$ for 4 tires(205/40/17), mounted and yada yada yada
For the first few kms I kinda missed my Kumho 712, but soon realized the Hercules were very good for the amount of money I paid.
The compound is soft, the sidewall is a little weak. They heat up in a reasonable time frame, and once they're hot they stick to the pavement like crazyglue. The thread is fairly good espescially considering the way I drive my car. I ripped a few times, took countless curves at rediculous speed, done a few emergency stop and I still have thread above the "warning bump". At first I felt unsafe when driving in the rain but it was only a matter of time. As soon as I got used to the tires water wasn't much of a issue anymore. I usually drive alot slower on wet pavement so I may not have the best review for wet condition, but I can tell you my tires never lost they're grip when going into average size poddle of water.
All in all, I give the Hercules tires 7/10.
Best bang for my $$$ I had in a while.

Magnacore Plugs Wires
cleaner start...maybe an extra 2 mpg's or so...looks nice...rather ineffective though
4g94 Ported IM
nice increase in low end torque...not really worth the $$$ though. the gains compared to price were not worth it to me....then again that's how most NA mods work.

RRM's GReddy Evo 2 cat back exhaust
I found the fit to be fantastic and it sounds great. I didn't hear anything at highway speeds - even with my cat delete pipe < before my headers tho >
Kamikaze headers
Was a be YOTCH to install but i think it was well worth it. I get a decent boost about 4000 rpm's and the top end is great. You lose low end but personally, i don't care about that.
Deyeme racing aluminum radiator mounts and battery hold down
These look hot and they are pretty cheap too. Well worth the money.

Forgot one.........
KVR cross drilled rotors w/ Axxis Ultimate pads
The drilled rotors look phenominal and the pads are SOOOO much better than stock. I firmly believe that these chop at least a good 5 feet from your stopping distance. These pads are one of the "must have" things for your car. Definately worth the money

KAMIKAZE HEADER (HIGH TEMP)

Really nice gains. Barely any low end torque was lost. Flipped cat, and no SES light.
Easy install except some freaking nuts are almost impossible to take out.
Got it installed at a local shop for $70.00
DEYEME FIRM REAR MOTOR MOUNT

It's a Bish!!! No room to work, nuts are so freaking hard to turn. A local performance shop spend 3 hours trying to take off that thing. Shoot some stereoids before attempting to install it.
Thanks to this motor mount my Lancer is much more enjoyable to drive. On 5spd, put it in the first gear. Drive to about 10mph, let go off the gas really fast. With a stock mount it feels like your transmission is going to brake in half, but with Deyeme mount it feels nice and smooth, LIKE IT SHOULD!

Short Ram Intake - K & N filter(RD 1450):
Nice
Kamikaze Header w/ Downpipe:
The install was a small pain but well worth it. Mid to high range rpm's are nice. I also flipped my cat around so I have never gotten a SES light. I'd recommend unless you are going to go turbo, then go RRM
Magnaflow Cat-Back Exhaust:
I didn't install it, took it to a shop. I should have did it myself with a friend and I could have saved a few extra dollars but oh well. Sounds nice, looks good. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for an exhaust!!
RRM Pulley: EDIT - Post #34
Awesome. See post #34. Another recommended RRM product
RDD Suspension Bars:
Front Strut, Lower Tie Bar, Rear Strut, and RS Style Trunk Bar. Install was easy, looks great and a tighter ride. Check it out

Since some people are reviewing suspension mods as well:
Tein Basic Coilovers:
My favorite mod to date... No body roll, highly improved cornering, and overall tighter feel. Slightly rougher ride is worth the handling difference.
RRM Test Pipe:
Wouldnt recommend for lightly modded lancers... slightly louder, but little to no performance change...
K&N Typhoon Intake:
I agree with Mistsuman6: Great product. Nice sound and power bump.
RRM Slotted rotor + Axxis Ultimate pads:
Great combo for some serious stopping power.
