i drove from MI to FL and back without any real concerns. Take care of normal stuff...tire pressure, oil change, check fluids, wiper blades.

...and if you find any cheap gas along the way, buy a drum and i'll split it with ya.

I don't have any aftermarket wheels but I have driven to NC and back no problems. (FL)
In two weeks I head out to Oklahoma...just get the oil changed and have your latest service updated. If something is wrong then a mechanic will tell you.

I'm going to Michigan's Upper Peninsula.. I'm leaving in 2 hrs, lol. I its about 350 or so miles from where I am right now. I'm bringing my tool box, cell phone, spare, jack, money, GPS, and my girlfriend. I'm meeting my parents up there and we're camping for a few days, then returning while the rest of my family stays there for 3 weeks. I have to come back to work. I checked my oil, coolant, and tire pressure. Its all ok. I'm also topped off on washer fluid, I barely use any of it anyways. I've only filled it 2x since I got the car a year and a half ago. I'll take pix and start a new thread when I get back to let people know how it went. Its gonna be fuuuuuuuun. !!!!!!

Agreed.

Check fluids and tire pressures and charge your phone < if u have one and i'm just guessing u do > and you should be okay. Check your lights too.

Get an oil change if it's been a while tho - that will save a lot of gas.

Topic? What topic?

Get your service done if you can. Change the oil before and after and have a good time.

You shouldn't have any problem, it's a commuter car to start with. If you want a smoother ride, switch to stock tires, but your 17s shouldn't be a problem at all. I drove from Los Angeles to Tucson nonstop with 45 profile tires and a Tein SS kit and had no complaints from either the mother in front of the 1 year old baby in the back.
