they should fit fine. Last time I checked, the 04 ES has the same lug and size as the 02-03. Personally, I don't like that style that much, but if you like it go for it. I've seen that style on a few Lancers already, so some people like it. Yeah ADR is a compromising brand, but as long as you're not racing or driving extremely hard you will be fine.

the stock rims are actually quite light. For most autocrossers, it's better to stick with the stock rims than get anything else. But it depends on if you're after looks or performance.

I have these rims on my 03 in gunmetal and chrome.

This is my second set of ADR (had a set on my talon) I have Zero complaints and have no problems. I use as a daily driver. I tend to stay away from pot holes..and don't drive them TOO hard...

Here is a pic of them...not the best detail. i've gotta post new ones.

^---Those are nice and light and won't slow down your ES. I've got some motegi's, they are schweeeet.

Here are mine, kinda on the heavy side, but look/perform really good.

looks good , one thing I forgot about when purchasing rims is how big of a pain in the a$$ they will be to clean. These do not look like they will be too bad, probably need a tooth brush to get around the bolt heads.

Secret: if you have a glossy finish rim like I do (gloss black motegi ff7), you put a coat of wax on them.
