alright, i was checkingout the rrm web site. alot of nice stuff. the question is, is your price good? or could u find it for less somewhere else? im was just wondering.

 

some of the prices are good, some arent so good.

you get what you pay for though, and you dont hear many stories of anyone having problem with rrm.

 

a lot of those products you won't find anywhere else. so you have to deal with the prices. some things you can find other places but the quality won't be the best and the customer service isn't great and you may be waiting weeks to recieve the product. RRM is a great company. I've never had any problems with them. Also check out GNV Motorsports. They're a group of a Evo and WRX owners from PA and have quality products and prices as well.

 

Don't diss the RRM! Half the stuff that RRM released for us Later Lancer Generation guys (04-05 ES) are the standard for what other manufacturers are making. It's like "TRAV" said, "You get what you paid for" meaning, with more quality, you pay a bit extra .

You will find gripes about RRM messups, but thats only because everyone seems to want to DIY. Even in that case, RRM has a help desk/troubleshooting department to help you with correct installations. Good deal if you ask me... and I want MORE!

Oh, and before you go for the "less expensive" stuff. Check the threads out on here. You'll hear about headers that don't fit your application, yet the manufacturer states that it was made for your model. There's a ton of stuff on here.

YOu guys should see all the stuff the RRM guys do to try to make every customer 100% satisfied, but then agen you have those customers who are never satisfied, and also you have human mistakes on RRM's behalf, and they will always correct. So forgive em if they mess up on your order. =D

 

I would and will buy from RRM again. They are a great company to deal with. i bought alot from them ($1400) and got it all in 1 week with no problems! Some say they are pricey but like everyone just said "you get what you pay for"!

 

RRM is great, I will buy their stuff just to support the development of new parts.

 

I had problems with installing my piggyback and Rob Tallini (the owner) gave me his cell phone for help.. who else does that??? Name one company that does besides them, good luck.

 

for me ... RRM has treated me like crap but Jay (Viciouz) has been helpful... im not going to go into details b/c i have madd respect for them but a few members on here know the situation. it has been 3 weeks since they messed up my order and i've called back many times only to be told "give me ur #, rob will call u back" i even gave rob my cell on the phone and just last night he asked for it through a pm... still no call back after many calls and 3 weeks later .. just to let u know.. im about to be out $600 b/c of this.

im not asking for a tracking # .. all i want to know is if a hood has been shipped or not. a simple yes or no would be fine

 

Yea RRM very good i agree with all. Only problem though is that their in Cali and im in va sigh damn the wait

 

you can find certian parts cheaper... such as the tein set up etc. But most of their products they make in house so you cant really get them anywhere else. As far as products from competitors use the search button to find out what is good and what is not.
