Has anyone heard of or used this BG-44 fuel injector cleaner?

If so, does it work as well as I've been told

 

hey man yes try the bg 44 k that stuff is awesome. u will notice a big big up on accleration and better gas milage, u should try it with the oil additive too they is stuff great stuff. worth the money to clean ur car out
