I was woundering what up grades should you get before an engine management system

Stage 1 cam at least. Other bolt ons don't need management. I'm assuming you mean something along the lines of an S-AFC.

Now, if you're talking about something like a Greddy e-manage, I don't think you'll need that unless you're going with forced induction or multiple throttle bodies.

Im looking to get the most power out of my naturly asspirated engine and after I achiave getting the most possiabl air in and out I will need the management just looking for ideas

you can't just put an engine manegment system on your car and tune it yourself unless you have a dyno in your garage. so its best to buy the mods that need tuning all together and then install them all together and only have to pay for 1 dyno session because dyno time is expensive. also the only thing you will need engine manegment for would be multiple throttle bodies, turbo/super, diffrent comp. pistons, agressive cams, and it might be helpful if you were running a big shot of nitrous, but for simple mods like intake/headers/catback i don't think it would make a diffrence, and if it did it wouldn't be worth the money of the system and tuning.
