More GT-A info

Since we will probably be getting a version of the GT-A here in the US here is a link that describes it pretty well:

The GT-A has gotten quite a lot of negative publicity over here. Most enthusiasts think it goes agianst the true purpose of an Evo...and I have to agree

Can you believe they say they will put out 2000 a month?! 24000 a year!? That's why I think we will be getting this version here..They are planning on producing and being able to produce the amount of #'s the US market may need. Hope we don't get this one though. I will be looking at the Sti unless we get a GSR or RSII version here.

IMO, I don't think they'll bring this version to the US. They've been demoing the Euro Evo around the states when they very easily could have brought this version if they wanted. They may add an auto version after the first production year, but I'm expecting the regular Evo to the states.

I agree totally. I don't think they'd bring a GT-A version over the first year....the Evo would lose it's performance look in the US if they brought that POS over here that quickly.

They do need to demo their way over to my neck of the woods. :soapbox:
