02-03 Body Style still alive in Japan

Brief history- The coveted Ralliart Grille that the 02-03 guys have been getting actually belongs to Cedia Ralliart Wagon, not a sedan (somebody correct me but I believe its true). When the beak nose came in 04, it was called the sportback and came in non -Ralliart version also.
Guess what! The 02-03 body style is still alive as a Awd (yes, you are reading this right) station wagon, super base el cheapo trim. Its called the "LANCER CARGO" Whats interesting is that it has a reverse thong grille almost similar to the WRC car that seems like it may look good if painted. Some pics, I circled the back end where you can see AWD.

if anyone reads Japanese, can you tell which engine is bolted to this AWD drivetrain? 2.0 or 2.4 or some other 1.6 or 1.8 variation. Maybe 4g63 NA?

Just wondering.

Low it is the engine which is strong with medium speed travelling, to the after highway, being smooth throughout the city, it is easy to handle.
Furthermore, under the practical travelling conditions also the scene which attaches the air conditioner, depresses the accelerator being supposed, the fuel economy which is superior is actualized.

It's all about safety standards. Japan uses a different type of glass we do and different airbag setups and the safety equipment won't pass here. Believe me, it isn't about emissions like everyone else thinks it is. This is why it costs nearly $20,000 and 6 months to a year to get a Skyline over here...not including the price to actually by it.
