Yeah I was thinking maybe the emanage or the s-afc, but then I'd have to get a wideband O2 sensor, and get it tuned since I know nothing about that aspect of engines. Eventually I'll do this, but right now I'm leaning more towards a clutch (big front runner at the moment, I hate the week stock clutch), custom cat back system using a greddy muffler, or some suspension bits and pieces (namely rear strut bar). Problem is I already have pretty much every other engine bit so now I gotta go big.

My engine is far from stock, I'm bored out and running high comp pistons, it might be wise to monitor things.

Damn I wish I was like these kids who can spend 5000$ on a new car in one go, then I would just go all out and make myself a rally car.

Yeah something to do with harmonic resonance or something. Its not a huge issue, but its an issue none the less.

Wideband O2 would be useless unless you plan on doing some sort of engine management. Since you have the basic bolt on mods already and high compression pistons, I would say either get going with the RRM piggyback (and demand the R4 software with it) or get some head work done. That should run about $500 for everything and would be well worth the money. Just ask Alchemist, he's the NA guru.

depending on how many siblings you got (assuming they are of age w/ good jobs) and both your parents are contributing...you can have one really great gift. Damn that's a great idea...I should relay this to the rest of my family.

The pulley is not that much...I need to find a way to convince my g/f to get me that. The piggy though...despite what akasirlancelot is going to say...there's random misfiring with the piggy that should be sacrificed for "performance." I've waited a while for the piggy to start running on 89 octane and almost jumped on it. But with the issues with it right now, I'll pass.

Go turbo...get money from your family and start saving. If you really are power hungry N/A won't suffice IMHO. Boost on the Lancer is so much more beneficial...7 psi and your already over 200 whp...that's an accomplishment with little effort. Only effort is saving the $$$. Take whatever uneccessary mods you have now and sell it. I'm debating if I get really power hungry next year aka desperate, I'm parting out....maybe.

y go turbo? hes got high compression pistons, u want lower compression if u go F/I so then u guys r tellin him to spend more $$ cuz he got the high comp pistons... since he got the high comp pistons maybe that means he wants to stay N/A - just my opinion
