but the ebay set looks like a great buy. its better than the bomz racing one. i got the K&N typhoon short ram and it looks kind of like that but a lil bigger. go for it
Thanks for all the inputs guys. I went and got the intake already, mainly for the MAS adaptor and the K&N filter.
Since you all said that the pipe is pretty much the same, i'll just use the stock hose and attach it to the K&N filter using the adaptor. Um one last thing, I was reading something about the bolts on the MAS being easy to break? Before I make the same mistake, where exactly is this located and how can I avoid it?
Are you referring to these nuts?

Anyways, while I was looking around in the engine bay today, I noticed the stock hose had a similiar bend like the aftermarket intake. Should I just take out the stock filter and replace it with the K&N one? Or should I buy the polished pipe as well. Is there even a difference?
Keeping the stock on would save me the trouble of not having to remove the MAS and my strut bar.
Thanks again =).

^yeah i got the same intake but in blue and i love it. and it was the cheapest as well and i figured i might as well pay less to get this cause every other intake ive seen is just the mas adapter and filter. and for zeroth3rm, yes those are the nuts you'll have to remove. i dont think they break easy, but when you put them back on, i guess dont tighten them too much. i didnt even worry about it and mine didnt break. just make sure not to touch the "honey comb" inside the mas box cause it will screw it up big time.
