Christmas present for Rock?

Hey everyone it's 6:30 in the morning and i'm still writing a paper for my final but i think i just had a really good idea. I think it is safe to say that we all, everyone of us, appreciates Rob's help with service, kindness, and guidance on the boards. I mean, how many companies out there can i personally message, get a response a few hours later, get HONEST valuable opinions on the matter, and then have whatever i need shipped next day? Not to mention Rob's contribution to the community as a whole. I know I havn't been on here long but i've been reading for months before my first post a few weeks ago. Basically RRM and Rob are a huge reason to own a lancer. So I am going to propose that we get a little something for him to express our gratitude. I've got a pretty sweet idea but i'm totally up for any suggestions. Perhaps you cali people would have a better idea. Anyways, pm me with ideas or post something (don't give away anything though). It would be cool if we could get a pool together or something to help pay for it. I promise i will be honest. If someone could let me know how to do person to person paypals that would be a great way. So if everyone likes my idea send me some cash and lets show a little bit of love. We are kind of running out of time so lets get on this

Rob from RRM contributed a lot of his time to this forum. It would be nice to somehow thank him for his time. BUT then there are others like Dave (Mitsiman), Andrew (HobieKopek), Rhyzin, AirQuez (sp).......... who should also be thanked for their contribution.

I think we shouldn't give anyone money for a gift or anything like that because it usually ends up as another scam.

No offense, but I consider the money I pay him for parts to be a year-round present.

Again, no offense, but if you have to ask us how to use Paypal, you might not be the right guy to handle it.

Unhappy

haha both very good points. Well now that u-boat mtags24 has been sunk, i shall say it is the thought that counts, right? and i apologize to those who i did not recognize who deserve proper thanks. i guess i havn't been around long enough to understand how this whole thing works and who exactly does what and so on. also it is ironic because a moderator, who is being very humble in correcting me, does a great job at making the boards work. Well, now that i have made a pretty bad fool of myself, i guess i should say this thread should probably be deleted for embarassment/worthlessness, but if anyone wants to have a laugh at my noobness that is quite alright as well. sorry guys, please forgive me?

It's the thought that counts. And by the same token, thanks for the thought Greg.
