To clarify a couple points:

Yes, RRM built the turbo kit for the Modern Image Lancer.

Kontra's Lancer largely WAS the MI Lancer (he bought the aftermarket parts from it when it was disassembled) with a lot of his own add-ons.

 

I wish i could get my car in a magazine, I jus have no clue where to start....

I would say e-mail the mag where you want your car and send them info on it. a little story and pics. A guy in my club got his VW corrado in hot VW mag, ill ask him how he did it.

 

gimme some time. ill post up the pics in 6 hrs. its a red 02 lancer es with red candy paint, tein suspension, daat 18s, GReddy exhaust, rrm header, ripp mods stage 2 supercharger, erebuni mirrors, tenzo spoiler, apexi revspeed meter, 310cc venom injectors, malpassi regulator, methanol injection, jdm headlights and taillights, leather seats, carbon lip, infinity speakers, auto meter fuel and boost gauge, and ground kit.

 

I have more then that Kontradictions car was my inspiration.

I'd be far more impressed if engineerboys car or boes car was in a magazine since it seems this guy basically just bought a bunch of bolt ons (not that there is anything wrong with that).

 

i like the paint but i'm not a fan of the vinyl or the wing. Otherwise I like it.

 

its not that impressive ... i know some of you guys have better looking and performing ones ... so the point is ... if this guy can get his in a magazine ... it shouldnt be that hard for some of you guys to do it either
