that is why i did not lower my car! They fit just fine with stock height! I'm gonna stick with my stock 15s cause I can't afford to get anything new with a baby and all!

i love my 17 inch 5zigens. they are 215/40/17 and definately needs to be lowered or go with 45s.my friend had 18s on his stock lancer and they fill up the wheel well much better if you want looks. the 17s take more power to turn. Hey BensLancer, whats the info on your wheels? Dimensions and company?

i LOVE my 17" Konigs! I do drive pretty carefully, so potholes and stuff isn't a big issue, but I have hit a few craters without hitting metal. As for the drop issue, I did not, will not, and have not lowered my car. I like the stock height with my rims and the body kit makes the front low enough. Maybe adjustable coilovers down the road, but that is a long way off.

well 17s look great but the wear and tear on ur suspension parts imo is not worth it i have the 17in montegi dp6 in hyper black and although they look great but the 21lb per wheels are a tad too much for me so im going down to 16s cause they are more pratical for my use.

i do "like" my 17... but i think that because they are fake *** Racing Harts.. and weigh 5 bajillion pounds they are seriously robbing me of tourque... that sucks but for racing but i guess show and shine its aight... i still can take the twisties... i just need lighter rims... besides when i blew my tire out.. my 17's saved me from kareening off the freeway into the gully of death

I have a set of 17' ADR Sokudo's gunmetal on my white OZ. Car looks sexy w/ them,

they lasted me about a year but NY roads are horrible, and i can't drive like an old man all the time either. So My front two rims have bent and cracked on me. Just stuck w/ stock in front, and 2 17's left on the back.

I got a set of 18's sitting at home, but i don't know wether to just put them on, or sell them. Tough decision.

I need to drop my car though.... drop or 18's?

haha

peace.

I don't want to put 17' due to the fact people will see I have drums and tiny disk brakes.

I like the 15" enkei that came with the OZ and it's my daily driver so I tend to not want to mess with my daily driver. I just want to get from point a to point b. I rode with my 17's in NYC once and never again! The roads there are FU.

The 17's like hot on our cars, but I'd stick with 15's for performance/handling.

i gotta give some lovin to my 18', but of course i dont race. if look is all you are concerned about then roll the 18s, i have never had problems with my speedometer or rubbing. my profiel on the tires is really small. check my avatar, idk if u can see them but i LOVE mine. i went to like the tire rack or something and they have the specs of what will fit. but thats my two cents on 18s, sorry i got no advice on the 17s
