Why is this kit needed for the Kamikaze Header?
Kamikaze Kit for 04 lancer
Why is this needed for the '04 lancers? is it because of a different length downpipe between the 04's and the 02/03's? And i realized that the cat's side facing towards the rear of the car is bolted, and the side facing front is welded into the downpipe. So if buy this kit, will i have to buy the bolt-on cats in place of my stock cat? i'm planning on replacing the cat anyways with either the rrm testpipe(which uses bolts). Since the end of the downpipe for the kamikaze is bolted, than i would think that both ends of the cat would require bolts as well. hopefully someone here can speak from experience with their 04. thanks
