it looks great I'll give you that. But are they safe? Are they lighter or heavier than stock seats? How much is your life worth?

i am guessing they are knockoffs because they say "Sparco Styling" not really Sparco JDM or anything of that sort.

Where did you find these seats? Ebay?

I agree with the other guys, you have to be 100% sure they are a reputable brand, my rule of thumb is always to not cut corners paying for safety items, they will be worth it in the long run.

Thanks guys, I'll keep on looking. I have a pair of evo 8 seats but they dont match the grey. So I either need the back cover of the evo or seats that match. If any knows someone thats wants to sell just pm me.

i get the hint that you are on a budget with the seats??.... well if you want to save $$ but want some style & quality..... try seats b "Tenzo-R". this way... it's 50/50 the seats aren't in the "cheap ebay seat " category but at the same they arent in the Bride category... Very decent seats!

Tenzo Rs are good. You can get a pair for 400 bucks... But then, you have to buy brackets/sliders-- which are another 100... And then harness's which are another 100.. IMO, Just buy some used evo seats that come with brackets. Just pop them in and you're ready to roll. Plus you can use your stock seatbelts too.

I would say stick with the Evo Recaros, they are reputable and work great, also don't compromise your safety by getting knock offs. Plus you might hate them after sitting in them for like 10 minutes.

Dumb idea - get some Ralliart Lancer seats. They're comfy as hell, and I only paid $221 for them.

+1

don't play around when it comes to your safety at hands. nice seats and all but i'd rather see you survive if you ever wrecked (godforbid, this is all hypothetical )

Whoa, I thought by now someone would have flamed you for even mentioning Tenzo R's in here. I love mine in my Civic HB project car. If anything on those rally seats they need more cushion for lumbar support, but they're cheaper and that's why they don't come with all the "bell-and-whistles"... Good seats though :>)

If you have Evo seats, just get them re-upholstered. Might be a little pricey to go that route though.

The seat doesn't hold you in place in an accident. The seatbelts and seat bracket mounts do where the seatbelt attaches.
