help w/ ebay

i won an eibach pro kit off ebay for 125 bucks, and 25 bucks shipping. i won them from a mitsu dealer in modesto california. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...ME:B:EOAB:US:6

those are the springs i won. i sent payment out 2 days after the auction ended. its been over 30 days and i still havent recieved them. i left negative feedback and also filed fraud with ebay. is there anything i can do to get my money back? 150 bucks is too much money for me to get screwed out of. any help would be appreciated.

ps- i ****ing hate mitsubishi dealers, the one i bought my car from treated me like ****. i hope they all burn to the ground.

Check with eBay about the status of your fraud complaint. I've had to do this once before and things got settled real quick.

sorry dude but i think hes a scam snce there was another negative by someone else. the best u can do is complain and contact the BBB if they are in it. nest time u should try to order from someone with at least 10 positive feedback. happened to two of my friends.

i have called them many times and they keep saying "they should have been shipped out" which i think is total bull****. is there any way to take legal action or something? i live in florida, if anyone in cali wants to go to the dealer for me then be my guest. i dont know what to do. i already filed fraud with ebay and went to fraud.com or whatever site it said to go to on ebay. it just pisses me off that once sellers get the money they dont give a **** and just keep it and leave us hanging.

Question

How did you pay for the auction? If you used PayPal they have a gaurantee/anti-fraud policy with which you may be able to get your money back.

yeah, ebay is pretty on top of that kinda stuff....I think you'll be able to get your money back one way or the other. Prolly just take some time...I've had the same problems in the past, just be more mindful of people you buy stuff from on Ebay.
