What did you pay for your custom exhaust?

Hey guys I'm really curious what it cost everyone to get a custom exhaust done at their shop. Back in the day before my massive debt I went to a local muffler shop with the rrm axleback and a greddy resonator and asked them how much it would cost to do 2.25 back to the cat and they said $300!

I thought that was crazy considering all it was was welding and a pipe. But, maybe it would be nice if everyone posted what they had installed and how much it cost to help out everyone who is looking to do exhaust. Try to include pipe diameter, if you brought anything for them to put on (like your own muffler), press bent vs mandrel, resonators, and anything else. and of course any gains! (haha if anything)

2.25" catback. Non-stainles piping(cheaper). No resonator. Brought in my own muffler. Pressure Bent. $250 + 200 for muffler = $450.

Haven't got an exhaust on the Lancer yet... but when I had my Suzuki I payed a total of $400. I bought 2 mufflers ($125 each) and then had 2 inch press bent piping from the cat, no resonator and split to dual right before the spare tire well. Sounded awesome, killed my off-idle torque, but after 3500 it went like crazy

Nothin, all three exhausts that have been on my car have been sponsered. If I was to buy them they would range from 350-450 Canadian Dollars Each. (350 for cat-back with straga muffler, 450 for cat-back with Magnaflow muffler)

My test pipe was free too. When my cataylic converter went in my car I cut the flanges off and welded in my own pipe, works great!

$79 for a GReddy muffler from RRM. $40 for WRX catback piping. $0 for DIY work. So I guess I spent around $119.
