I want to get evo 8 license plate holder like the pic below, any ideas? do i needs to go dealers to get them?

step one- find dealership with evos
step two- do a little unscrew
step three- walk away with a nice new license plate holder

ha jk just go buy one, cant be more than 30 bucks, not even

other option is to check on part-outs and just ask some of the evo owners... most of them don't like the front license plate any more than we do...

Get it from the dealership. I got mine for like 20 bucks (for the plastic part that holds the license plate) It's a good substitute for those who don't want to have it in the middle.
