Question oz rally, ES and ralliart hoods

hey guys i was wondering if the oz rally, es and the ralliart hoods are interchangeable? i'm looking to get another hood because of a fender bender but some shops are telling me that the hoods won't interchange, i think they will. i don't see any differences in the cars so i don't see why they shouldn't be interchangeable, can someone tell me who's right?

btw the car is a '05 OZ Rally Lancer

thanks

Don't they all have the same body style, therefore same hoods?? Of course, if they are all 04+. Anything before 04 doesn't work.

that's what i figured but the dumb guys at some of these aftermarket body parts keeps telling my girlfriend that there is absolutely no possible way that they will interchange...and told her to go to the dealer to buy a hood...i think i might just go buy a CF hood and save myself the headache.

anyone know where to get a good OEM CF hood for not too much?

i agree that since the body are the same it should fit

i think they are probably misunderstanding ralliart with the EVOS.

For good OEM quality CF HOODS, you might wanna check with RRM (Carbon trix) or ACCOLADE.

ACCOLADE might take forever to reply your or ship the item based on other people's previous experiences so i say give RRM a call and they might be able to help u out further.

04/05 parts should be interchangable between the three models, and possibly the 06. RRM is a definite stop for the cf hood though...

04-06 are interchangeable. tell the shop you bet them a free hood that itll fit and just do it caue its your car, you obviously know what you're talking about. if not, cerious performance makes an OEM carbon fiber hood if you dont want any vents or anything. I dont think rrm makes a vent-less CF hood for the 04+

RRM's Competition hood has the vents covered. you need to cut them out to vent it. So it starts off life ventless

yeah but it still has the vents there. I dont know if you want a plain flat oem hood, or just an oem fit hood. rrm doesnt make the stock looking kind

cerious performance is also coming out with a cf evo style hood that is going to look real nice too. possibly cheaper than rrms. Also i think it will be an evo 8 style. let us know how it goes.

We sell FRP its just the plain one and paintable, very light as light as the CF ones... CF is hard to come by, this shortage is getting crazy... many CF parts manufacturers are going out of business..

I just read in another thread, RRM is now venting their performance cf hoods, so you dont have to do it yourself.

i think you are expecting little too much from ACCOLADE. Getting answers to your e-mails on time will be considered lucky enough.
