I would add changing your break fluid to that list aswell as changing the brakes if nessessarry.

Oil. Ive been using Castrol Syntec 10W-30 Lately and have been quite happy with that. Make sure to use the K&N oil filter, the OEM oil filter or the quaker state filter, There is one that is made by fram but it is garbage, Motomaster (Canadian tire, not sure the US equivellent) has one also, it is Fram with a motomaster label, its garbage too.

Coolant Ensure that your coolant is at the proper level. Go to your local auto parts store and buy a $5.00 coolant tester, it will tell you the tempature rating for your coolant and then you will know if it is okay or not.

Spark Plugs I like the NKG copper plugs, nothing fancy like irridum or platnum, its really not worth the money. Search for "spark plugs" in the lancer forums and you will find the proper gap. (its also in your manual)

Antifreeze See coolant

Spark Plug wires If they need to be replaced then replace them with OEM ones, I find they work the best, the magnacores and everything else have been proven to not be worth the cash.

Maybe do a compression test but its not nessessary

Get some injector cleaner

Replace/clean your air filter

Check your tire pressure

Check your tire wear

Hope that helps

I sure hope you shouldn't need to degrease any nipples - of course unless, she's a really dirty girl ( ba dum pish )

The lancer's chassis is sealed so it does not need any greasing.
