Ok heres the story i won this hood off ebay and ive been waiting like for weeks for this damn thing. Shipping was $150 It was bought from a professional company "I guess".
THE HOOD WAS CRACKED AND THERE WAS FIBER **** ALL OVER!!!IM SO PISSED!!THE SHIPPING GUY WAS COOL AND JUST SENT IT BACK TO WHERE IT CAME FROM! I DONT WANT A REFUND I DONT WANT A FIXXED HOOD I WANT WHAT I BID ON A NEW HOOD!!!IM ALSO GONNA HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 4 ****ING WEEKS. IF I DONT GET THIS HOOD AND THE COMPANY DOESNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT IM DRIVING OUT THERE TO SLIT A FEW NECKS IN THE MEAN TIME I GUESS I JUST HAVE TO WAIT!!!!

 

If they give you ****, take it up with ebay.

Hey,You need to contact the shipper, It broke while in transit, so it's obviously their fault, and should reimburse you for the cost of the hood.
I WANT A NEW HOOD NOT A REIMBURSEMENT!! THE GUY GAVE ME A HARD TIME FROM THE START BECAUSE HE SAID THAT IT SOLD FOR TO LOW. BULL****

Please don't post in caps. Good luck getting the shipper to admit fault...especially if it's UPS.

 

But if you do manage to get UPS to admit fault...youll basiclly end up with the same result you wouldve with the vendor.

 

Tells you something about the quality if it cracked in shipping...I'd be afraid to put that on my ride...

well i guess the shipper put no insurance on the HOOD! So i gotta call tommrrow. They said it was the shippers falt but i cant understand how they can be that rough. cerious performance said they would send me a new hood but they are back ordered. We will see how this turns out.

All UPS packages are insured to an extent.

 

Me and DaTenshi are going to Cerious Performance tomorrow to check it out. We live like 17 miles away, ill tell all you guys how it went!

Nitro was it all carbon fiber no fiber glass in between?

 

sorry to hear about your hood... i posted on tenshi's thread about cerious products and how i was a bit skeptical (never heard anything about their product) Sorry to hear about the crack, but hopefully it can be resolved in a timely manner, otherwise im gonna tally them on the "black list"
