anything that can fit between the holes. Just bring your stuff to the hardware store.

 

You can use your original bolts but if there really rusted just brinbg the gasket down to the store and grab some bolts that are about 1.5" i think. That way you will have enough bolt to thread the entire nut onto.

 

Usually your stock bolts should work just fine. You also may want to look at your stock header gasket. If it's done, you'll need to get a new one.

 

wait for the copper nuts to cool down as much as possible before putting a wrench on them. since they are such a soft metal, you can round them out fairly easy.

 

Well the car only has about 5-6k on it. No time to order gaskets. I had one guy who was gonna do it here, then he got all law happy. I had to go 40mi. To find a shop to do the work - what's worse, he can't add custom piping (no bender) so some parts will still be stock (not much). I got some 10mm bolts (they were the larges that would fit) and they are 1.5 inch long. I'm not totally happy using the old stock gaskets, but hey, I've been trying to have all this done for a couple months, and being that the car is almost brand new, I'm hoping using the old gaskets won't be a problem.

 

Use the stock gaskets. With 6k, they should be fine. If one leaks, you can replace it very easily. No point in spending $100 on gaskets that you might not need.
